Supervision when actuators are put into operation for the first time

Regada offers assistance in case of problems during the initial launch. Upon your request, we can also check the configuration as well as the required functions of actuators even before activation of your system.

Wiring and testing

We offer you the wiring of actuators and subsequent testing of their operation. With Regada wiring, your warranty will be extended by 1 year.

Instructions for connection and launch of Rematic actuators

We provide instructions for deploying Rematic actuators directly at your location. Our supervised installation will extend the warranty by 1 year and allow you to participate in courses and seminars for different types of electric actuators.

Valve attachment

Regada will provide assistance with the installation of new actuators on valves for you. We will ensure deployment, arrangement, and initial startup. This service also includes extending the warranty by 1 year. When ordering servo drives to replace old ones, we will provide consultation for proper mechanical and electrical connection and selection of suitable actuators.

Post warranty repairs on site

If your electric actuators have been in operation for an extended period and have experienced malfunctions or worn-out parts, REGADA will repair them directly on-site or replace them with new components upon your request, based on the preliminary detection of the malfunction. If the repair necessitates significant intervention that cannot be performed on-site, we will transport the actuator to our factory for repair.

Spare parts

If you have skilled workers designated for the maintenance and repair of actuators or if they have been trained for this activity at REGADA, then we will help you with the delivery of spare parts. We will send these to you either directly from the warehouse or we will produce them for you in the shortest possible time.

Post warranty repair perfomed in our factory

If your actuators have malfunctioned and you believe they could still function after repair, please dismantle them from the valves and send them to us for servicing. We will inspect them and provide you with a price quote for the repair. If, upon evaluation, the repair costs exceed 50% of the cost of a new drive, we will recommend purchasing a new one. After the repair, you will receive a six-month (one-year) warranty on the replaced components.

Maintenance and periodic inspections

If you do not have your own maintenance team or if you are not familiar with electric actuators and want everything to work properly, you can order our periodic inspections. We guarantee that your actuators will always be functional.
