Trainee program

Trainee program is designed for 4th or 5th year university students in a technical field who:Are interested in gaining experience and building a career in the engineering industry.Are able to take responsibility and are resistant to stress.Have analytical and communication skills and are willing to learn.In the first phase of the program, you will gain a basic understanding of the functioning of the various departments in our company. You will learn about working in departments such as Development and Research, Planning, Sales, Quality Management and Production.In the second phase of the Trainee Program, you will work and gain further experience in the department you have chosen. Under the guidance of a mentor, you will be responsible for completing assigned tasks and will be involved in solving specific projects.Upon successful completion of the program, you will be given the opportunity to join our workforce as a full-fledged member of our team
