When processing your personal data, I proceed in a legal manner, in accordance with the applicable legislation, with the Personal Data Protection Act and the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

This document describes how the operator REGADA, s.r.o., Strojnícka 7, Prešov 080 01, ID: 36453633, registered in the Commercial Register of the Prešov District Court, department: Sro, vl. No.: 11000/P (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") processes personal data. We process your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws as amended and other generally binding legal regulations.

2. PROCESSOR OF PERSONAL DATA

The controller of personal data is:

Personal data is all information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular by reference to a certain identifier, for example name, identification number, address, social security number, telephone, e-mail consisting of first or last name, location data, network identifier, etc. of this natural person.

3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be made available / notified:

Public authorities, health insurance companies and others in case of the existence of relevant legal regulations, external suppliers in accordance with §11 BDSG, external service providers, affiliated companies and internal departments for the fulfillment of the purpose specified in point 5.

4. SOURCES AND CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

The operator processes personal data that you have provided to him/her or personal data that the operator has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.

The operator processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

The Operator is authorized to process primarily the following personal data of the Data Subject:

• address and identification data used for unambiguous and unmistakable identification of the Data Subject (e.g. name, surname, title, address of permanent residence, business address, delivery address, ID number, VAT number) and contact data with the Data Subject (e.g. contact address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.),
• descriptive data (e.g. bank account, order history),
• photos, preview images, banners and videos,
• data provided beyond the scope of relevant laws processed within the framework of consent granted by the Data Subject (e.g. use of personal data for the purpose of personnel management, use of personal data for the purpose of promotion, etc.),
• personal settings (preferences), including settings in the field of marketing and the use of cookies by the Data Subject,
• other data necessary for the performance of the contract,
• other personal data provided by the Data Subject to the Operator.

5. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The Operator processes the personal data of the Data Subject for the purposes of:

• A) fulfillment of the contract, based on Art. 6 par. 1 letter b) GDPR,
• B) compliance with the legal obligation of the Operator established by a generally binding legal regulation, based on Art. 6 par. 1 letter c) GDPR (e.g. the Operator's obligation to keep accounting and tax documents),
• C) determination, exercise or defense of legal claims of the Operator, based on Art. 6 par. 1 letter f) GDPR,
• D) sending commercial notices, based on Art. 6 par. 1 letter f) GDPR due to the existence of a legitimate interest of the Operator consisting in direct marketing,
• E) other marketing purposes of the Operator associated with the offer of products and services; sending information about news (products, technologies, showrooms), company presentations (fairs, exhibitions), services, etc. (e.g. in the form of sending newsletters, telemarketing); contacting for the purpose of market research and marketing research; contacting for the purpose of wishing for important national holidays and sending gift vouchers, etc. based on Art. 6 par. 1 letter a) GDPR.

6. PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD

The company REGADA, s.r.o. disposes of stored data after the expiration of the period determined by law, the consent granted, or if it is no longer needed. Personal data will be processed only for a period that is necessary in view of the purpose of their processing. With regard to the above:

• for the purpose according to letter A) above, the personal data will be processed until the termination of the obligations under the contract (this does not affect the possibility of the Operator to further process these personal data subsequently - to the extent necessary),
• for the purpose according to letter B), C), D) and / or E) above,
• for the purpose according to letter B) above, personal data will be processed for the duration of the relevant legal obligations of the Operator,
• for the purpose according to letter C) the above personal data will be processed until the end of the 4th calendar year following the end of the warranty period according to the contract (if a quality guarantee was agreed in the contract), but at least until the end of the 5th calendar year following the termination of the obligations from the contract,
• in the event of the initiation and duration of judicial, administrative or other proceedings, in which the rights or obligations of the Operator in relation to the relevant Data Subject are addressed, the period of personal data processing will not end
• for the purpose according to letter C) above before the end of such proceedings,
• for the purpose of sending business notifications according to letter D) above, the personal data will be processed until the Data Subject expresses his disagreement with such processing,
• for purposes according to letter E) above, personal data will be processed for the period for which the Data Subject has given consent to the Operator according to the separately agreed consent to the processing of personal data. In this case, the data subject acknowledges that before this period expires, the Operator may contact him in order to renew his consent.

7. USE OF LINKS TO SOCIAL NETWORKS

Our website may contain social networking functions Facebook and Instagram. Related services are provided by Facebook Inc. and Instagram (“Providers”).

• the right to access your personal data according to § 21 of the Act,
• the right to correct personal data according to § 22 of the Act, or restriction of processing according to § 24 of the Act,
• the right to erasure of personal data according to § 23 of the Act,
• the right to object to processing according to § 27 of the Act,
• the right to data portability according to § 26 of the Act,
• the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the Operator.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing or use of your personal data with future effects at any time. Send an e-mail to the address regada@regada.sk or a letter to the address Strojnícka 7, 080 01 Prešov.

2. Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

9. CONCLUSION
